La Polena s.r.l herewith inform you that in June 2009 was opened the newest tourist resort on the island of Favignana, one of the Sicilian Egadi Islands along with Marittimo, Levanzo and Formica.
The "Il Nido del Pellegrino" Residence is located on the Grosso coastline, making about 7 ha. of ground dropping to the sea and obtained restoring a former military structure dating back to World War II.
The environment inspired our architects in choosing the furnishing and the trimmings and natural materials such as whitened durmast, stone, typical majolica tiles, natural cotton fabric and refined essences have been combined with technology and comfort.
The residence features ten ground floor apartments of three different typologies in two separated buildings. Five two-room apartments with a gallery furnished with a sofa-bed, four two-room apartments with a sofa-bed in the living-room and a three-room one. All equipped with cooking facilities with every necessary utensils, air conditioning, intercom, satellite plasma TV and pay-per-view, safe, hair drier and internet connection...
